HTM Stainless has acquired the manufacturing operations of Preseco Pomiltek Oy, located in Ilmajoki, Finland. The deal was completed on 21. August 2008.

The transaction brings 28 professional staff to HTM Stainless, ensuring that the company's objective of future growth will be met through the hiring of capable staff and increased production capasity. It further ensures that HTM Stainless will continue to strentghen it's products and services offering to sectors of the energy and environmental industries.

The production facilities of HTM Stainless in Ilmajoki will continue the business operations as a professional water resources engineering company. HTM Stainless Ilmajoki will manufacture and sell stainless steel and acid-proof stainless steel equipment used in raw water, industrial and municipal waste water treatment.
