HTM Stainless Oy has acquired the manufacturing operations of Preseco
Pomiltek Oy, located in Ilmajoki, Finland. The deal was completed on 21.
August 2008.
The
transaction brings 28 professional staff to HTM Stainless Oy, ensuring that
the company's objective of future growth will be met through the hiring of
capable staff and increased production capasity. It further ensures that HTM
Stainless Oy will continue to strentghen it's products and services offering
to sectors of the energy and environmental industries.
The
production facilities of HTM Stainless Oy in Ilmajoki will continue the
business operations as a professional water resources engineering company.
HTM Stainless Ilmajoki will manufacture and sell stainless steel and
acid-proof stainless steel equipment used used in raw water, industrial and
municipal wastewater treatment.
HTM
Stainless Oy's expertise lies in stainless and acid proof steel
manufacturing. It is located in Lahti, Ilmajoki and Järvenpää.
Both
Finnish and foreign customers in the food-, medicin- and process industry
